- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into policyholders through effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Follow up with prospective customers to address queries, renew interest, and close sales opportunities.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and collecting the required documentation for policy issuance.
- Coordinate with insurance partners and internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and timely issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy details in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to customers.
- Ensure timely policy renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities to maximize customer retention and business growth.
- Handle customer concerns and claims-related queries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional campaigns organized by the company.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity while maintaining robust customer relationships and contributing to overall business growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
