We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Design & Video Editor to join our innovative digital marketing company. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on developing visually stunning and effective marketing materials that align with our clients' brands and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Lead the design strategy and execution for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email newsletters, website assets, and digital advertisements.

2. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet their goals.

3. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing to continuously enhance our creative output.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

6. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.

7. Edit video footage to create compelling videos for marketing, social media, training, presentations, or entertainment

8. Arrange video clips, add transitions, and make cuts to create a seamless and engaging visual story

9.



Prepare videos for various platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications and standards for online distribution

10. Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and adhere to company style guides.

Qualifications:-

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design & video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects & Premior Pro) and other relevant design & video editing tools.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work and creative thinking.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional design solutions that drive results.
