The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, network systems, and hotel-specific applications. The role involves providing technical support to hotel staff, maintaining data security, minimizing system downtime, and ensuring uninterrupted technology services for guests and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel management systems, including the Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and related applications.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
- Install software updates, security patches, antivirus solutions,



and operating system upgrades.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance, software support, and AMC services.
- Monitor server performance and ensure optimal system uptime.
- Maintain user accounts, email systems, passwords, and access permissions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
- Support conference rooms, banquet AV equipment, digital signage, and other guest-facing technology.
- Assist in implementing new IT projects and technology upgrades.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IT maintenance reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
