We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our B2B operations by analyzing business data, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and business performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
- Assist in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Support business process improvements and system enhancements.




- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with BRDs, FRDs, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage.
