We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of our event management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, managing event-wise costing and supporting the management with timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record all receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare event-wise budgets, cost sheets, and profitability reports.
- Verify vendor bills, purchase invoices, and client invoices.
- Maintain petty cash records and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Assist the management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
