Job Title: Senior Sales Manager– Brand & Agency Partnerships (TVC & Digital Video Production)

Location: Chennai (with national client exposure)

Engagement Type: Full-time / Freelance

CTC: Flexible based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a highly connected and driven senior sales professional to lead business development for our video production services. This role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with brands, advertising agencies, and marketing teams to drive TVC and digital video campaign production mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire TVC and digital video production projects
- Leverage existing relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
- Identify current business opportunities across regional and national markets
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle:
- Prospecting and outreach
- Pitching and presentations
- Commercial negotiations
- Closing deals
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to align on client requirements




- Build long-term partnerships and generate repeat business
- Track pipeline, revenue targets, and market insights

Key Requirements

- 6–12+ years in sales/business development within:
- Production houses
- Advertising agencies
- Media/marketing services
- Proven track record of closing TVC or digital video production deals
- Strong network with:
- Brand marketing teams
- Agency planners, producers, and decision-makers
- Deep understanding of video production workflows and costing
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset (especially important for freelance engagement)

Nice to Have

- Experience handling regional + national campaigns
- Existing active client pipeline
- Ability to bring in business quickly (short ramp-up time)
