We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in preparation of Schedule III financial statements. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately and possess robust accounting knowledge with the ability to work independently during the financial statement preparation and closure process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Finalization of books of accounts.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Notes to Accounts, and supporting schedules.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and year-end adjustments.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required schedules and information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support financial reporting and other accounting activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial statement preparation.
- Mandatory experience in Schedule III financial statement preparation and finalization of accounts.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, or similar).
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner or candidates who can join within a few days.
- Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant firm will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
Work Location- Office
Compensation
- ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 2 Months (extendable based on business requirements).
