MandG Holidays is looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee our International and Domestic Ticketing Operations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Amadeus and Galileo GDS, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in managing a ticketing team while ensuring seamless travel services.

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage the end-to-end operations of international and domestic airline ticketing.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the ticketing team to achieve operational excellence.
Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
Ensure accurate fare construction, routing, and compliance with airline policies.
Assist the team in resolving complex ticketing and fare-related issues.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners to secure the best fares and support.
Monitor ticketing accuracy, productivity, and service quality.




Train and develop team members on GDS systems and airline procedures.
Prepare operational reports and monitor team performance.
Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and company SOPs.

*Requirements*
Minimum 5+ years of experience in international and domestic airline ticketing.
At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a ticketing team.
Hands-on expertise in Amadeus and Galileo GDS (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of international fare rules, domestic ticketing, reissues, refunds, exchanges, and airline policies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
