About the Role

Eastencher Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for software development projects. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and end-users.

* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and User Stories.

* Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

* Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.

* Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and solution mockups.

* Manage requirement traceability, scope changes, and project documentation.

* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.





* Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

* 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/Software Development environment.

* Strong experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.

* Positive understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and API documentation.

* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience working with Agile teams.

* Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

* Strong documentation and communication skills.

* Experience interacting with clients and managing multiple stakeholders.*

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
