Hiring: HR Recruiter (Fresher / HR Internship Experience)

Salary : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with an HR Recruitment Internship will be preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience.

Qualifications

- MBA (HR), BBA, BMS, PGDM (HR), MHRDM, or any Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, or Internshala is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain recruitment records and trackers.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good English communication skills.

Work Location: Bund Garden, Pune
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
