Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and versatile Accountant to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing financial health of the company. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, blending numerical precision with excellent interpersonal skills to ensure seamless compliance, accurate bookkeeping, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance Operations

- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Financial Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and oversee the management of petty cash.
- Payroll & Taxation: Execute accurate monthly payroll processing,



including statutory deductions, benefits administration, and tax filings.
- Reporting & Compliance: Assist with internal/external auditing, annual budgeting, and the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
