About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OT Network & Security Workstream Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of OT/SCADA network and security infrastructure initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder management, engineering coordination, network architecture, cybersecurity, commercial coordination, and successful implementation of OT infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in OT/SCADA environments, industrial networking, cybersecurity, EPC/project delivery, and managing multiple technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in OT/SCADA, network infrastructure, industrial networking, cybersecurity infrastructure, or related project delivery.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project/workstream leadership role.
- Proven experience managing EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, system integrators, and technology vendors.
- Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or industrial technology projects.
- Experience in airport, critical infrastructure, industrial, utilities, energy, transportation, manufacturing, or similar environments is preferred.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification
- IEC 62443 / Industrial Cybersecurity certification
- CISSP / CISM
- PRINCE2
- ISA/IEC cybersecurity certifications

PMP certification is preferred, with candidates currently pursuing the certification also considered.
