Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to interact professionally with prospective clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's services clearly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments for the sales/business development team.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,627.08 - ₹31,201.50 per month
