Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee onboarding, HR operations, and performance management. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee induction, orientation, and documentation.
- Process payroll accurately and assist with compensation and benefits administration.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee queries.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Support HR operations, policy implementation,



and workforce planning.

Required Skills:

- 1- 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Delhi NCR (Preference to Local Candidates)

CTC: ₹25,000 per month
