Job Title: Customer Representative
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers, answer their queries, provide information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Requirements:
Any Degree (Freshers and Experienced can apply).
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
