Key Responsibilities
Monitor tender portals and client procurement platforms for recent opportunities.
Review tender documents, specifications, and eligibility requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in compliance with tender requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and project teams to gather required information.
Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and bid calculations.
Ensure timely submission of bids and supporting documentation.
Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and client communications.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, and bid outcomes.
Analyze competitors and market trends to improve bid success rates.
Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams after award.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
