Role Overview:

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for handling daily stock movements including returns and new inventory. The role involves quality checks, inventory updates, product labelling, and coordination with the operations team to ensure accurate and saleable stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily inward of returned products and new stock
- Perform quality checks and approve only saleable inventory
- Segregate saleable and non-saleable stock
- Carry out product labelling, tagging, and re-packing as required
- Update inward and outward stock entries in the system
- Maintain inventory records using Excel / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with physical handling of cartons and inventory when required




- Accuracy in inventory updates and documentation
- Adherence to quality and warehouse processes
- Smooth coordination with operations team

Must-Have Skills:

- 0-1 Years of Experience working in a Warehouse
- Ability to understand Product Labels
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
- Basic understanding of inventory and stock handling
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Physical ability to manage cartons and stock

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
