- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Generate leads through enquiries, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and exchange options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Follow up on enquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Stay updated on Tata Motors products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
