Your tasks

- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate WLAN measurement functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to verify WLAN features, measurement accuracy, and system behavior under various operating conditions.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new changes, enhancements, or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Identify, reproduce, isolate, debug, and document defects or technical issues discovered during testing, and collaborate closely with development teams to drive resolution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, define acceptance criteria, and develop test cases based on use cases and system design.
- Utilize WLAN test tools and equipment to simulate real-world network and RF scenarios and evaluate system performance under varying conditions. - Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to WLAN testing, RF validation, and network management.
- Contribute ideas and implement improvements within the area of responsibility to enhance quality, efficiency, and test coverage.

Your qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in testing, preferably in WLAN or wireless networking environments.
- Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies, including WLAN/Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be),



RF fundamentals, and WLAN measurement principle
- Hands-on experience with WLAN measurement and test equipment such as signal generators, protocol analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
- Strong Python programming skills, with practical experience using Pytest and SCPI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across geographically distributed, cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Proactive attitude, with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for innovation and continuous improvement. Additional Skills
- Experience of any Protocol Simulators like R&S; CMX500 or CMW500.
