We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day travel operations and ensure seamless delivery of travel services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa processing, holiday packages, and client servicing. The candidate must possess excellent team management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Qualification:

· 3+ years of experience in a similar role

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Strong ability to multitask

· Comfort working with multiple groups within business

Required Skills





· Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel operations.

· Expertise in flight booking systems (Amadeus, TBO, Riya, etc.).

· Excellent knowledge of hotel reservations and supplier management.

· Experience in visa processing and travel documentation.

· Knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.

· Excellent client handling and relationship management skills.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

· Team leadership and people management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· High attention to detail and operational accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,837.41 - ₹30,000.00 per month
