ü We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage placement activities and build strong industry linkages. The role involves facilitating job opportunities for trainees, coordinating with employers, and ensuring successful placement outcomes in alignment with project goals.

ü Key Responsibilities:

ü Identify and develop partnerships with employers, industries, and recruiters

ü Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for trainees

ü Organize job drives, campus interviews, and employer engagement sessions

ü Prepare trainees for placements through resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills support

ü Track placement data, maintain records, and generate reports as per project requirements

ü Ensure achievement of placement targets and retention tracking

ü Maintain regular follow-ups with placed candidates and employers

ü Coordinate with trainers and center team for candidate readiness

ü Arrange industry visits, guest lectures, and career guidance sessions





ü Ensure proper documentation and compliance with placement guidelines

ü Eligibility Criteria:

ü Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

ü Minimum 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or industry coordination

ü Experience in skill development/CSR/NSDC projects preferred

ü Required Skills:

ü Solid networking and relationship management skills

ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ü Good understanding of recruitment processes

ü Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (trainees, employers, internal teams)

ü Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

ü Preferred:

ü Experience in vocational training or skill development sector

ü Knowledge of local job market and industry requirements

ü Strong coordination and organizational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
