The qualified develops and refines procedures to manage daily maintenance tasks and swiftly resolve any issues that arise, ensuring continuous availability and reliability of data resources. Collaboration with various teams to align database solutions with business requirements is also a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering a seamless data environment.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand evolving database requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in database design, implementation, and maintenance within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems installation and configuration.
- Ability to develop and document procedures for routine database maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for database systems.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated database solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
