- Facilitate transparent communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Generative AI.
- Strong project management capabilities with an understanding of program delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues that affect multiple teams and project outcomes.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
