Core shop supervisor responsible for execution of production as per core production plan and over all activities in core shop.
Key Responsibility:
· Organize to produce cores as per core production plan.
· Ensure quality of cores as per work instruction.
· Organize core coating as required by production plan.
· Monitor and coordinate with stores to maintain required quantity of core consumables.
· Maintain core production records stock of cores and material consumption records in core shop.
· Optimize core production cost by minimizing wastage of material and improving productivity / man day.
· Attend weekly production meeting and present records and statistics related to core shop.
· Ensure core boxes and core shooter machine in valuable condition.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
