MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain organizational data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management with timely business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, compile, and validate data from various departments.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Analyze business data and identify trends to support management decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of organizational data.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and reconcile data.
- Automate routine reports wherever possible.
- Maintain records and documentation related to MIS activities.
- Provide timely reports and ad hoc data as requested by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



XLOOKUP, IF functions, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (Freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply).

Preferred Experience

- Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP or Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is an added advantage.
