Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical
Experience: 3–7 Years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Handle manpower and achieve production targets.
- Monitor welding, bending, cutting, and assembly operations.
- Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards.
- Prepare daily production and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of steel plant operations.
- Manpower handling skills.
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
- Leadership and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,354.40 per month
