Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in quantity estimation, billing, cost tracking, and project documentation while working closely with the Site Engineers. This role offers great learning opportunities for candidates looking to build a career in construction cost management and estimation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Support material quantity estimation and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing client and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and project documentation.
- Support rate analysis and cost estimation activities.
- Coordinate with project, procurement,



and accounts teams.
- Prepare reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.

Eligibility

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid communication and willingness to learn.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate's qualifications.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
