Job responsibilities

Understanding the client’s needs and expectations to perform a –

- Understanding client needs.
- Handling pre-onboarding, onboarding, and induction.
- Managing attendance and leave systems.
- Ensuring policy adherence and timely communications.
- Maintaining employee records and performance management.
- Overseeing payroll inputs.
- Serving as the primary contact for employees.
- Addressing employee grievances and managing the exit process.
