Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Picking Pharmacist to support our warehouse/pharmacy operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products as per prescriptions/orders while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick medicines and healthcare products based on prescriptions or order lists.
- Verify drug name, strength, dosage form, and quantity before dispatch.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medicines.
- Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) as per guidelines.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) principles.
- Check for expired or damaged products and report discrepancies.
- Maintain records of stock movement and update inventory systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and billing teams for smooth operations.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm).
- Registered Pharmacist license is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and drug handling.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / inventory systems).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Willingness to work in warehouse/shift-based operations.
