Role Overview
The Technical Associate will support the Inspection, and AI teams by processing, organizing, validating, and annotating drone-captured data. This is an entry-level office-based role designed for fresh diploma holders who are interested in building a career in drone technology, geospatial data processing, and AI-assisted operations.

The role primarily involves working on a computer to review and manage project data while ensuring accuracy and quality as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform image and data annotation for drone-captured Visual, Thermal, LiDAR, and inspection datasets.
- Label, classify, and organize aerial imagery, infrastructure assets, defects, and survey data as per project requirements.
- Support GIS and Inspection teams in data validation, quality checks, and dataset preparation.
- Maintain proper file structures, annotation records, project folders, and operational documentation.
- Assist in identifying anomalies, defects, vegetation issues, and infrastructure observations from aerial datasets.
- Coordinate with Operations, GIS, and AI teams for smooth project workflow and timely data processing.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in annotated datasets and project deliverables.
- Support data cleaning, sorting, and project documentation activities.
- Follow company SOPs, data security guidelines,



and operational workflows during project execution.
- Assist in day-to-day operational and technical support activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma holder from any relevant stream.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of image labeling, mapping, or technical operations will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Basic understanding of GIS, drone technology, or image annotation tools.
- Familiarity with mapping platforms, AutoCAD, or geospatial workflows.
- Interest in AI, infrastructure inspection, or drone-based technologies.
- Exposure to data management or technical documentation activities.

Compensation & Training Structure

- Training & Development Period: 6 Months (Contractual)
- Stipend/Salary During Training: ₹15,000 per month
- The initial six-month contractual period will be considered your Training & Development Period, during which you will receive structured training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates demonstrating satisfactory performance may be offered a full-time position.
- On confirmation as a full time employee,



you will be eligible for a 30%–40% salary increment, depending on your overall performance, learning ability, quality of work, discipline, and consistency during the training period.
- Please note that the six-month duration is the minimum training period. If additional time is required for a candidate to achieve the expected level of technical knowledge, accuracy, or performance, the training period may be extended at the sole discretion of the Company before consideration for a full-time role.
- Completion of the training period does not automatically guarantee confirmation or a salary revision. Confirmation and increment are based solely on successful performance evaluation and business requirements.
