Job Title : Finance cum purchase manager

Location : Nanthencode, Trivandrum

The Finance cum Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, cash flow management, vendor management, procurement, inventory control, and ensuring timely purchase of materials required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

1.Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

2.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3.Monitor cash flow, budgets, and project expenses.

4.Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

5.Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

6.Process payroll and monitor payments and receivables.

Purchase

1.Plan and execute procurement of construction materials and equipment.

2.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best price and quality.

3.Prepare and approve purchase orders.





4.Compare quotations and finalize vendors.

5.Track deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.

Required Skills

1.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

2.Experience in construction procurement.

3.Vendor negotiation and cost control skills.

4.Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.

5.Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP software

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.

2.MBA (Finance) or CA Inter/CMA is preferred.

3.5–8 years of experience in finance and procurement, preferably in the construction industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
