Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Ensure accurate counting and verification of cash received and disbursed
- Maintain proper records of cash transactions and balances
- Issue receipts, cash slips, and acknowledgements to customers
- Assist customers with basic banking queries at the counter
- Follow banking procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines
- Balance cash drawer at the end of the day and report discrepancies, if any
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth daily operations

Customer Service Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt, polite, and professional service to customers
- Resolve basic customer issues or redirect them to the concerned department
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Ensure a positive customer experience at the cash counter

Computer & Technical Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory




- Working knowledge of banking software and core banking systems
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle system-based transactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience as cashier or in banking operations preferred
- Valuable numerical ability and attention to detail
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
