Job Title: Tech Lead

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to shape our technology direction while actively building with the team. You'll own the tech stack, guide engineering decisions, and write code alongside the team.

What You'll Do

- Define the technology vision, stack, and architecture.
- Build and ship features hands-on across the stack.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small engineering team.
- Work closely with founders and product to deliver on the roadmap.
- Oversee infrastructure, deployments, security, and code quality.
- Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, scale, and cost.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of software development experience, with some leadership exposure.




- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Solid grasp of system design, APIs, and databases.
- Startup mindset: pragmatic, hands-on, and ownership-driven.
- Good communication and a collaborative approach.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in an early-stage startup.
- Exposure to DevOps, AI/ML, or up-to-date data tools.
