- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to fulfill workforce requirements.
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years (Hospital experience preferred)
