Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective and current students through the admissions process and help them make informed academic decisions. The Academic Counselor will provide accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, career opportunities, and institutional policies while maintaining strong relationships with students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, admissions procedures, and career prospects.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing timely guidance and addressing student concerns.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/student management systems regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and finance teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
- Assist students with application documentation and admission formalities.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Meet individual and team admission targets while maintaining high-quality counseling standards.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated on institutional programs, industry trends, and education policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, student recruitment, or educational sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
