Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive with knowledge of Digital Marketing and Shopify. The candidate will be responsible for managing B2B portals, handling online inquiries, supporting dispatch coordination, and assisting in day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia.

- Handle customer inquiries received through B2B portals and coordinate with the sales team.

- Manage the company's Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory updates, and order tracking.

- Execute basic digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email marketing, and online promotions.

- Create and update product listings, images, and descriptions.

- Coordinate dispatches with the warehouse/logistics team and ensure timely order processing.

- Maintain records of inquiries, orders, dispatches, and customer communications.

- Generate daily and weekly reports on leads, sales inquiries, and portal performance.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Shopify.

- Experience handling IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia portals.

- Positive communication and customer handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or B2B portal management.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and online lead generation.

- Experience in dispatch coordination and order management.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
