We are looking for an HR Calling Recruiter to handle bulk calling and initial screening of candidates. The role focuses on sourcing, calling, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements while maintaining robust communication and coordination with the recruitment team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates for job openings
Explain job roles, company details, and salary structure to candidates
Screen candidates based on eligibility, experience, and interest
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data in recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and feedback
Handle walk-in candidates and telephonic inquiries
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
