Hiring: Senior US IT Recruiter (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Work from Office

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior US Engineering Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US staffing, hands-on experience recruiting engineering professionals, and expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment / US Staffing (mandatory).

Proven experience in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed,



and advanced Boolean Search techniques.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle and various engineering roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
