Job Summary

KneeXpert is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Skilled to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, patient acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets exceeding ₹10 Lakhs while maximizing ROI.

Performance Optimization

- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reduce acquisition costs.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, Google Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Forecast campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the creative, content, design, and sales teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
- Coordinate with website developers to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.




- Mentor junior marketing team members and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage

Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Proven experience managing ₹10 Lakhs+ monthly advertising budgets
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, e-commerce, education, or service-based industries preferred

Technical Skills

- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and digital marketing funnels
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and remarketing strategies
