Store Executive

Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: 15-18k

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inward and outward material movement efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Warehouse teams.
- Perform GRN preparation and material receipt verification.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards in the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, forging, casting, engineering, or automotive industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP/SAP software will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
