Accounts Manager – Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Financial Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of payable and receivable balances.
- Reduce outstanding dues and improve cash flow.
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in preparing annual budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
- Provide cost control recommendations.
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.




- Generate profitability, expense, and cash flow reports.
- Present financial insights for decision-making.
- Audit Management
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely submission of audit schedules and documents.
- Implement audit recommendations.
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor daily cash position.
- Forecast cash requirements.
- Optimize working capital and liquidity.
- Internal Controls
- Implement and monitor financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Minimize financial risks and errors.
- Team Management
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
- Allocate work and monitor performance.
- Conduct training to improve accounting knowledge.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
