We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate with a strong focus on lead generation through paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns while optimizing performance to maximize lead quality and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage and optimize the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Solid experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
