We are hiring an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead Full Stack and Blockchain engineering teams while remaining technically involved in architecture, code reviews, delivery planning, and smart contract development.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software delivery
- Manage Agile/Scrum projects
- Coordinate engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
- Design blockchain solutions and smart contract architecture
- Review code and mentor developers
- Conduct hiring and performance management
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Travel to Dubai for business meetings when required

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years managing engineering teams
- Solidity & Ethereum
- Node.js / NestJS
- React.js / Next.js
- TypeScript
- REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
- SQL & NoSQL
