Qualifications-

Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations is required.

Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the ability to handle employee engagement and address concerns effectively.

Familiarity with core aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies,



handling employee grievances, and contributing to workforce planning and development. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure a seamless employee experience and support organizational goals.

Role Description-

This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram for a Business HR Executive. The Business HR Executive will oversee HR operations, implement policies, and manage employee relations. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes and ensuring compliance.

CTC-3 LPA to 3.6 LPA

Location-Gurgaon- AIPL JOY Central

Preferred candidates: Delhi NCR candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
