3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing, preferably in the plastics, polymer, packaging, building materials, industrial products, or manufacturing industry.

Solid convincing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Experience in handling dealer/distributor networks and direct industrial customers.

Good understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
