Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel

Key Responsibilities:

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare GST working and assist in filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- Deduct, reconcile, and maintain TDS records.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare customer and vendor account reconciliations.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and e-invoices.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Positive analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong communication and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with e-commerce and marketplace accounting (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and payroll processing is preferred.
