Role & responsibilities :

- Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques.
- Ensure patient identification, proper labeling, and accurate documentation.
- Handle and transport specimens safely to the laboratory while maintaining sample integrity.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist patients by explaining the procedure and ensuring their comfort.
- Maintain phlebotomy equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition.
- Adhere to NABL, CAP, and company guidelines for sample collection and handling.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of samples.
- Manage inventory of collection materials and request supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns professionally.

Qualification & Requirements:

- Diploma / Certification in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT),



or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Phlebotomist or in blood sample collection (hospital or diagnostic lab experience preferred).
- Sound knowledge of venipuncture techniques, sample collection procedures, and specimen handling.
- Familiarity with NABL, CAP, and quality standards for laboratory practices.
- Basic understanding of infection control, biosafety, and waste management protocols.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle patients of all age groups with care and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in shifts and travel for home collections, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
