Job Summary

Najmi Group is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide clients through the property buying process while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.

Negotiate and close property sales.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

Coordinate with the documentation and accounts teams for smooth transactions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream).





1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
