Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of the residence. The candidate will manage household staff, ensure smooth functioning of all household activities, coordinate maintenance work, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day household operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, drivers, cooks, and other domestic staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the property.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Manage household inventory and purchase required supplies.
- Handle guest arrangements and hospitality requirements.
- Monitor household expenses and maintain records.
- Ensure safety,



security, and smooth functioning of the residence.
- Coordinate with family members and follow their requirements efficiently.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in managing residential properties, villas, guest houses, or luxury homes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and staff members effectively.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
