Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our luxury watch retail team. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build solid customer relationships, and achieve individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting luxury watches and accessories.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales and store targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are maintained.
- Maintain product knowledge on brands, collections, and features.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Follow company policies and maintain showroom standards.

Requirement:

Qualification: Plus two or Any degree

Experience: Min 1 year in retail

Location: Secura Mall, Thazhe Chovva, Kannur

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
